Terms and Conditions

By registering with The Cash Grab you fully accept and agree to the Terms & Conditions set forth in this document. As a member you are certifying that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy. Additionally, The Cash Grab reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice.

  1. Membership Requirements:
    1. Members must be at least thirteen years of age to register and participate with The Cash Grab. However, most offers require that you be a least eighteen years of age.
    2. Members must reside and complete offers in the United States.
    3. Only one account is permitted per individual, per computer, and per household.
    4. Upon registration and throughout your usage of The Cash Grab you must provide completely accurate and current information.
    5. Your address must not include a P.O. box.
  2. Membership Termination:

    The Cash Grab reserves the right to terminate a member’s account for any reason without warning or notice to the member. If a member's account is terminated, that member will forfeit all of his/her unpaid earnings made through The Cash Grab. A member's account may be terminated for any of the following reasons:

    1. Submission of false or incomplete personal information upon registration.
    2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same user.
    3. The exploitation or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
    4. The use of any software, hardware, service or technique to hide or disguise your identity or IP address. This includes the use of any proxy server/service. Furthermore, using an internet service provider whose purpose is to provide anonymous internet access is not allowed.
    5. Accessing the site through a foreign IP address (outside of the United States).
    6. Account has been inactive for six months.
    7. Another member(s) has logged into or registered for The Cash Grab through the same IP address as you have.
    8. If you join or access The Cash Grab through a computer that others may access The Cash Grab from, such as a shared, public, school or work computer. Please understand that this is one of the ways accounts are checked for duplicates and The Cash Grab cannot afford to make exceptions for multiple accounts created on the same computer or computers sharing the same internet connection/IP address.
    9. Completion of the same offer twice, regardless of whether the multiple completions occurred on The Cash Grab, or another site, or where one completion occurred on The Cash Grab site and the other completion occurred on another site.
    10. The submission of false, fraudulent information while completing an offer.
    11. Immediate cancellation of an offer.
    12. Posting information on a web site or forum relating to canceling offers, including cancellation phone numbers, cancellation time frames, and any encouragement or direction to cancel the offers after signing up with them.
    13. Violation of any of the terms set out in these Terms & Conditions.
    14. The commission of actions that may be deemed by The Cash Grab detrimental to the stability of the site or that may jeopardize The Cash Grab’s relationship with its advertisers.

    The Cash Grab reserves the right to take legal action against any member who is found to have committed fraudulent activities during offer completions. If a user feels that he or she has been banned or placed on hold due to a mistake or misunderstanding, he or she may contact us via our web site. We do not guarantee any user will be able to get his/her hold/banned status reversed.

  3. Offer Completion & Crediting:
    1. The Cash Grab cannot be held responsible for the terms, conditions, and requirements of the offers listed on the site.
    2. The Cash Grab reserves the right to change the payout for each offer at any time for any reason without notice.
    3. The timeline of crediting per individual offer is provided as an extra service to the member and can vary. Some offers are credited within hours of completion, with most offers crediting almost instantly.
    4. The Cash Grab is not responsible for delays in offer crediting or failure to receive credit for offer completions.
    5. The Cash Grab may at any time, without notice, deny or reverse credit of an offer completion for any reason.
    6. A member must complete offers he/she is genuinely interested in.
    7. A member may not complete offers on behalf of other people.
    8. In the event that a member completes an offer and is not properly credited, the member may submit a manual credit request in which The Cash Grab will try its best to attain credit for the member. However, the submission of a manual credit request does not guarantee the crediting of the offer.
    9. The Cash Grab reserves the right to modify, create, and remove any promotions at any time without notice.
  4. Payment:
    1. Payments will be processed twice every month.
    2. Payment must be requested through the cashout page of the member account, and the request must be made before the posted deadline.
    3. A member must have a minimum of $10.00 to cashout. If your balance is less than the minimum requirement to cashout during a selected payout period or you choose not to redeem a cashout during a payout period, your earnings will rollover into the next payout period with no loss or charge.
    4. The Cash Grab reserves the right to ask for photo identification to verify a member's personal information, including but not limited to, a user's name and address. If identification is not received, the user's payment request will be denied.
    5. The Cash Grab is not liable for any payment sent via postal mail that is not delivered to the user's address. Moreover, The Cash Grab does not guarantee payment to any member.
    6. The Cash Grab does not charge a fee to a member for sending payments via PayPal. However, Paypal may charge a fee to its members for accepting payments. Moreover, The Cash Grab will only make payments via PayPal to Verified PayPal accounts.
    7. The Cash Grab does not charge a fee to a member for sending payments via check.
    8. The Cash Grab reserves the right to delay payment to any user at any time.
    9. Users who receive $600.00 or more from The Cash Grab will be required to send a W9 tax form in accordanence with federal laws.
  5. Referrals:
    1. A member will only receive credit for his/her referred member's earnings if the referred member is valid according to the membership requirements set out in Section I.
    2. The referrer will be credited with exactly 20% of the referred earnings deriving from the referred individual's offer completions.
    3. The referrer will not receive credit for any reversed, fraudulent offer completions by the referred individual.
    4. If the referrer consistently refers fraudulent users to the site and is shown to have done so with prior knowledge, The Cash Grab reserves the right to place the referrer's account on hold.
  6. Non-Liability:
    1. You, as a member of The Cash Grab, will be solely responsible for any decision you make in association with using The Cash Grab.
    2. The Cash Grab shall not be held liable at any time for any result that derives from the use of your account or any action you have committed on other sites.
    3. You agree to indemnify The Cash Grab for any third party claims which may arise from your usage or association with The Cash Grab.
  7. Privacy Policy:
    1. You must agree with all the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy before registering and/or using The Cash Grab. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy without notice for any reason.
